Executive Team

Rob MichaudROB MICHAUD is co-founder of Michaud Real Estate Investment, a company he co-founded with his brother Marc. Mr. Michaud has been involved in residential construction and land development for 20 years. Rob has worked for a Stamford based land management company and has developed dozens of single- family homes throughout Connecticut with The Michaud Group. Rob directs Michaud Real Estate in the acquisition of specially selected properties with the goals of creating added value, and oversees all financial functions, including raising capital for new ventures. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Connecticut, and oversees marketing, sales and leasing.


Marc MichaudMARC MICHAUD is co-founder of Michaud Real Estate Investment,, a company he co-founded with his brother Rob. Mr. Michaud has been involved in residential construction for over 15 years. Marc has developed dozens of single- family homes throughout Connecticut with The Michaud Group. Marc directs Michaud Real Estate in constructing and managing its properties, producing outstanding results. Marc also assists in the acquisition of specially selected properties with the goals of creating added value. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Connecticut, and assists with sales and leasing.
